Unfortunately, when you don't give us the MANDATORY 48 HOURS NOTICE of cancellation, it leaves us without enough time to fill your void. In turn, taking money directly out of our paychecks. Therefore, you WILL BE CHARGED FULL COST OF MISSED SERVICE. This policy also applies when we have to reschedule you due to you being 15 minutes or later for your appointment.
